BJC Campus Renewal South Tower

BJC renovated the 360-bed Children’s Hospital. Lou Brock Mechanical’s published scope included five approximately 65,000 CFM air handlers, hoisting and assembly, set and connect work, and shell/core mechanical scope.

A four-story historic building renovation. The mechanical scope was bid plan-and-spec, then value engineered during post-bid to solve for building needs and budget while protecting the exposed-ceiling aesthetic.
